Motherhood is an incredible experience and it starts from the moment you see that positive result.  However, this new phase of life can seem quite daunting so why not give yourself the space and time to enjoy it and feel prepared. We offer a range of classes covering relaxation and breathing techniques to help you pre and post birth, the changing pregnant body, how to cope with pregnancy symptoms through gentle excercises, active birthing, postnatal care and the first 12 weeks of baby - from changing nappies through to healthy sleep habits.  

Everything from Bump to Baby covered! Let us take care of the education so you can focus on enjoying this special time without the stress. 

Relax & Learn

This course  focuses on birthing education, preparation for labour, stages of labour and active birthing techniques, breathing techniques, gentle excercise and relaxation.

Suitable from 12 weeks pregnant.

Relax & Mingle

This course focuses on breathing techniques, gentle excercise, relaxation, meditation and making friends.

Perfect for weekly 'baby & you time'

Postnatal Focus

This course focuses on the first 12 weeks following birth - some of the topics included are caring for baby (bathing, dressing etc.), sleep advice, breast/bottle feeding, postnatal health/excercise,

PND, Colic/Reflux.

Couples Course

This course is a perfect mix of our 'Learn and Relax' and 'Postnatal Focus' courses - blending both Antenatal & Postnatal aspects. This way you and your partner will know what to do before and after baby is born!
